I've been meditating since I could walk and talk.  It was a way for me to feel safe and protected.  It helped me be resilient in the face of chaos and abuse. 

While pushing myself to perform meditation postures and gestures, my sole thought was "There has to be an easier way".

My inner voice laughed (as it so often does) and said, "Yup, you've been doing it all your life-it's about time you figured this out."

So-there and then my meditation method, The Dawson Meditation Method (c) was born.  It's a re-imagining of meditation for the age of 'busy'.

It's quick to learn and easy to use and I think it can help you too.
